To maintain product quality, all orders are shipped between Monday and Wednesday each week.

Orders received after Wednesday may be held and shipped the following Monday. This schedule helps prevent packages from remaining in transit over the weekend.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 1–5 business days depending on the destination and carrier service selected.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.

SeoulMates currently ships within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. SeoulMates is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages.

Delays & Carrier Issues

SeoulMates is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier service interruptions, labor disputes, acts of government, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. SeoulMates is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when appropriate.
